Raspberry Vinaigrette
A quick and easy summery salad dressing made in the Zyliss Easy Pull Food Processor.

Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil
(I used Pomora - see badge in sidebar)

raspberries

red wine vinegar

garlic clove
crushed

Shetland sea salt

freshly ground black pepper
or more, to taste

tsp
runny honey
or more, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of the Zyliss Easy Pull Food Processor and pull the handle 8-10 times.
Decant into a serving dish and enjoy over salad leaves!
