Raspberry Vinaigrette
A quick and easy summery salad dressing made in the Zyliss Easy Pull Food Processor.
Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 120 ml extra virgin olive oil (I used Pomora - see badge in sidebar)
- 50 grams raspberries
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove crushed
- 1/4 tsp Shetland sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper or more, to taste
- 1 tsp runny honey or more, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of the Zyliss Easy Pull Food Processor and pull the handle 8-10 times.
- Decant into a serving dish and enjoy over salad leaves!
