A recipe & giveaway in collaboration with Spice Drops®.
With the arrival of January comes a determination to change; to change our diets, our exercise regime and generally review for the better our attitude to health. Despite all the good intentions, however, within a couple of weeks quite often we’ve slipped back into our bad old ways. But Spice Drops® have developed a raft of easy, delicious recipes guaranteed to make sticking to your resolutions a synch.
Spice Drops® are an exciting range of 31 highly concentrated natural extracts of herbs, spices, flowers and fruits made by cold pressing the raw ingredients so the goodness of the spices is still intact while removing the hassle of having to peel, chop, grate or grind the fresh produce or measure out the dried variety, saving the cook valuable time too. Spice Drops® are so concentrated that only a couple of drops are needed to transform a recipe with authentic taste and aroma, blending easily with the other ingredients.
So, make one resolution that you can keep this January and change the way you cook. Experiment with Spice Drops® to take your meals to greater heights, making flavoursome, healthy, dishes that are easy to achieve.
Spice Drops® are ethically sourced and ethically produced; the products are handmade in the factory in Kerala which is a women’s enterprise employing mainly disadvantaged women. In a traditionally male-dominated society, employment in the factory gives these women much-needed self-confidence and independence, making a genuine difference to their lives.
Make a resolution you can keep this New Year and try cooking with Spice Drops®. Spice Drops® can be bought online from Ocado, Amazon, Not on the High Street or from www.holylama.co.uk and in-store at selected branches of Sainsbury’s and Whole Foods Markets for around £4.00 per bottle (except for Saffron Spice Drops®).
For more healthy recipe inspiration visit the Holy Lama website and follow them on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. In the meantime, here’s a delicious healthy smoothie recipe you can make with their Cinnamon and Turmeric Spice Drops®.
